REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
Important Notes
- 
PayFast processing fees and courier/delivery costs are non-refundable.
 
- 
A 15% cancellation/restocking fee applies to all returns and canceled orders.
 
- 
Refund amounts may differ slightly from the original purchase price due to handling fees.
 
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, refund, or exchange:
- 
Goods must be unused, in original packaging, and resellable (CPA Section 55).
 
- 
Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is required (CPA Section 56).
 
- 
Parts must be installed by an RMI-accredited workshop. Proof of installation (invoice or job card) is required. Incorrect or unprofessional installation voids eligibility.
 
- 
Returns for non-defective goods (e.g. change of mind/incorrect order) must be made within 14 working days of purchase or delivery.
 
- 
Defective goods may be returned within 6 months of purchase under the CPA defect warranty.
 
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- 
Electrical parts & components.
 
- 
Special-order items.
 
- 
Goods that have been used, damaged, altered, or incorrectly installed.
 
Incorrect Parts Ordered
If you ordered the wrong part:
- 
Returns are allowed within 14 working days if unused and in original packaging.
 
- 
A 15% restocking/handling fee will apply.
 
- 
Courier/delivery costs are non-refundable.
 
- 
Customers are responsible for confirming the correct part number before purchase.
 
Defective Goods (CPA Section 56)
If a product is found defective within 6 months of purchase:
- 
You may request a repair, replacement, or refund.
 
- 
Proof of RMI installation is required.
 
- 
Damage caused after installation or due to misuse is not covered.
 
Refunds
- 
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval.
 
- 
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 working days to your original payment method (bank/courier times may vary).
 
Exchanges
You may exchange a defective or incorrect item (supplier error) within 6 months.

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return courier costs (non-refundable).

Replacement shipping fees apply (unless the error was ours).

We recommend a trackable courier service or shipping insurance for valuable items.
 
Disputes & Protection
- 
All disputes will be handled under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
 
- 
Claims must include proof of defect/damage at delivery.
 
- 
Misuse, wear-and-tear, or incorrect installation are not covered.
 
- 
We reserve the right to refuse unreasonable or abusive return requests.
